The ASISAFoto International Photography Contest 2025, organized by Fundación ASISA in Spain, is a globally recognized competition that invites photographers from all backgrounds to showcase their creative talents. Celebrated for its professional organization and prestigious reputation, the contest aims to promote visual storytelling and artistic expression through the medium of photography. Participants can submit their work online, making it accessible to amateur and professional photographers alike, regardless of geographic location. This open and inclusive approach has contributed to the contest’s growing popularity among global photography communities.

The competition features two main sections dedicated to series of photographs, Free Monochrome and Free Colour, each requiring a coherent set of 5 to 7 images that demonstrate artistic consistency, originality, and technical excellence. In addition to these series categories, ASISAFoto 2025 includes four compelling single-image themes: Portrait, Maternity & Childhood, Smiles, and Nature. These diverse categories are designed to challenge photographers to explore a wide range of human emotion, beauty, and storytelling potential, from the intimacy of a candid portrait to the vast wonder of the natural world.

With a strong focus on creativity, technique, and impact, the ASISAFoto International Photography Contest has become a prestigious platform for photographers seeking recognition on an international stage. The contest not only offers generous cash prizes but also provides winners with public exposure through exhibitions and promotional activities. This competition continues to serve as a valuable opportunity for emerging and established photographers to gain credibility, expand their audiences, and contribute meaningfully to the global photographic arts scene.

A total cash pool of €24,500 is awarded: €6,500 each for the best Monochrome and Colour series; €2,500 each for the winning Portrait, Maternity & Childhood, Smiles and Nature images; plus an Honorary Award of €1,500, along with public exhibition and promotion of the winners.
