About the Theme
Nature photography is one of the most captivating genres, encompassing the vast diversity of our planet — from majestic landscapes and untamed wildlife to delicate flora and fauna. It reveals the raw beauty and fragility of the world around us, inviting viewers to reconnect with nature through the photographer’s lens.
Landscape Photography
Landscape photography captures the grandeur and spirit of the natural environment — breathtaking mountain ranges, rolling hills, tranquil lakes, cascading waterfalls, and dramatic coastlines. It can also explore how nature reclaims man-made structures, creating hauntingly beautiful scenes where time and vegetation intertwine.
Wildlife Photography
Wildlife photography highlights the incredible diversity of animal life across ecosystems — from dense tropical rainforests to arid deserts. It captures the movement, behavior, and emotion of animals in their natural habitats, offering rare glimpses into the untamed beauty of the living world.
Flora & Fauna Photography
Flora and fauna photography focuses on the intricate patterns, textures, and colors of plants, flowers, and other organisms. It celebrates the delicate artistry of nature, encouraging viewers to slow down and appreciate the details that often go unnoticed.

Awards & Recognition
We invite photographers from around the world to submit a cohesive body of work or portfolio. Only unified series will be published in AAP Magazine Vol.54: Nature. Please note that images previously featured in AAP Magazine cannot be submitted again.
Winners will receive $1,000 in cash prizes, have their images printed in the 54th issue of AAP Magazine, and gain international exposure through extensive press coverage and publication on All About Photo.
All selected photographers will receive:

A free copy of the printed issue (distributed via Blurb.com)
