The spotlight shone brightly on Ali Jadallah, Dennish Schmelz and Andrew Rovenko as they were honored as the grand prize winners on Saturday, September 27, at the Teatro dei Rinnovati in Siena during the Siena Awards 2025 ceremony.

Chilean artist Alfredo Jaar was announced last night, 25 September, at the Victoria and Albert Museum, South Kensington, as the winner of Prix Pictet Storm, the 11th cycle of Prix Pictet. Receiving the prize of 100,000 Swiss Francs (126,000 USD / 107,000 EUR), Jaar was selected by an independent jury from a shortlist of twelve photographers for his 2025 series The End.

This year’s Grand Prize has been awarded to Todd Antony (UK) for his dramatic Sport category image “Buzkashi Battle.”

The Prix de la Photographie, Paris (PX3) is proud to announce the winners of its 2025 Annual Photography Competition, honoring extraordinary vision and talent from around the world. Juried by leading editors, curators, creative directors, and industry experts, this year’s competition drew thousands of submissions from photographers around the world.
The top award, PX3 Photographer of the Year (Professional), has been awarded to Peter Muller of the United Kingdom for his series Adaptive Boxers. The work documents a pioneering initiative encouraging wheelchair users to take up boxing, a sport still in its infancy but already demanding resilience, strength, and an entirely new skill set. Muller, who has been photographing for more than 20 years, is known for natural yet aspirational imagery that captures everyday life with narrative depth.
